Kathy Leonard of Providence, RI is a graduate of Rhode Island College and the University of RI. She is a retired school teacher and librarian from the Pawtucket School Department. She volunteers for many organizations including PARI and Independant Radio. A life-long resident of Rhode Island she enjoys reading, singing and scuba diving. She has been active in disability advocacy for over 30 years.
